# Nautiqo — full reference

> Nautiqo designs and hand-makes luxury nautical accessories in the Netherlands. Core line: rope fenders, single-eye rope fenders, rope bracelets, floating keychains and mooring lines. ## Product line

### Rope fenders (cylindrical)
The flagship: a knot-worked cover over an inflatable base fender, finished by hand. Hangs vertically from one eye or horizontally from both. Ready to use out of the box — base fender, knot work and fender line are all included; the knot work is fixed (does not come off); the base fender's valve remains accessible so you can inflate/deflate.

### Single-eye rope fenders
Shorter, wider variant for boats that sit deep in the water (where a cylindrical fender would touch the surface). Same construction.

### Rope bracelets
High-performance polyester yachting line, stainless-steel magnetic clasp. Sizes S, M, L, XL. Color options include navy, white-and-red, blue-and-orange, blue-and-grey.

### Floating keychains
Hand-knotted monkey-fist keychains that float on water. One size. Eight colors: black, blue, grey, manila, navy, orange, pink, reflective red.

### Custom floating keychains
Floating keychains personalised with engraved text or a company logo. Order quantity flexible — contact for bulk corporate gifting.

### Mooring lines
12 mm deluxe polyester mooring ropes. Lengths 6, 8, 10 m. Colors: navy, black, manila.

## Choosing the right fenders (3-step guide)

1. **Shape.** Cylindrical for most boats. Single-eye if your boat sits low and cylindrical would touch the water.
2. **Size.** Use the table above, or the rule of thumb: 2.5 cm of fender diameter per 1.5 m of boat length (1 inch per 5 ft).
3. **Count.** One fender per 3 m (10 ft) of waterline, minimum three. Place at least one at the maximum beam, the rest fore and aft.

## Frequently asked questions

**Is the fender a complete product, or just a cover?** Complete — base fender, knot work and fender line are included.

**Can the fender still be inflated/deflated?** Yes, the base fender's valve remains accessible.

**Does the rope cover come off?** No, knot work is fixed for durability.

**Cleaning?** Water, a brush and mild detergent. A pressure washer on the mildest setting also works.

**Warranty?** Two years against manufacturing defects on all products.

**Returns?** Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Email hello@nautiqo.com to start.

**Custom work?** Yes — Nautiqo also makes bespoke fenders, large rope logos and rope carpets. Email hello@nautiqo.com.

## Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated per country and total order weight. Five zones:

- **NL** (Netherlands): free.
- **Z1** (DE, BE): free if ≥500 g; €6.00 for 30–499 g.
- **Z2** (FR, AT, IT, ES, PT): free if ≥500 g; €7.00 for 30–499 g.
- **Z3** (DK, GB, LU): free if ≥3200 g; €11.00 below.
- **Z4** (CH, SE, HU, NO): free if ≥3200 g; €15.00 below.

Dutch orders ship via PostNL and typically arrive next-day. International orders ship via DHL/UPS within 24 working hours; transit time depends on destination. Track-and-trace code is emailed on dispatch.

## Materials & origin

All Nautiqo products are hand-made in the Netherlands. Materials are yacht-industry-grade: polyester yachting line for the knot work and bracelets, stainless-steel hardware (e.g. magnetic clasps), inflatable base fenders for the rope-fender line.
